You transform into a Small or Medium animal you have seen. The chosen animal profile determines your form’s movement, senses, natural attacks, and eligible special qualities. You retain your hit points, mental ability scores, class features, and other statistics unless this spell changes them. Apply the form’s size once, including its Size AC adjustment, and add its Natural Armor bonus to Natural Armor AC.
