Prerequisite: Featherfall Wings.
Benefit: You can fly using your wings with poor maneuverability. Your Fly speed is 20 feet. While airborne, you take a -4 AB penalty, a -2 penalty to Dodge AC, a -2 penalty on Stealth checks, and a -2 penalty on Reflex saves. Casting any spell while airborne requires a Concentration check at DC 15 + the spell’s level; failure causes the spell to fail and its casting resource to be expended.
