Class Features

Rage

Class: Barbarian 1

You can enter Rage as a Free Action on your turn. You can Rage a number of times per Short Rest equal to 3 + your Constitution modifier (minimum 1 use), regaining all expended uses when you complete a Short Rest. Determine your uses from your Constitution modifier while not raging.

While raging, you gain a +4 Supernatural bonus to Strength, a +4 Supernatural bonus to Constitution, and a +2 Supernatural bonus on Will saves. You take a -2 penalty to AC. At the end of your turn, Rage ends if you did not make an attack and no hostile creature targeted you with an attack, spell, or ability since the start of that turn. Your attack does not need to hit, and being targeted counts even if the attack misses or you resist the effect.

Your Constitution bonus applies normally to Constitution-based checks and maximum HP. When Rage ends, recalculate your maximum HP using your normal Constitution and adjust your current HP by the same amount. If this leaves you at or below 0 HP, resolve it using the dying rules.

Unarmored Defense

Class: Barbarian 1

While wearing no armor, add your Constitution modifier to your Armor AC component. This does not prevent you from gaining Shield AC or other AC components.

Fast Movement

Class: Barbarian 1

While not wearing heavy armor and not heavily encumbered, your base land speed increases by 10 feet.

Uncanny Dodge

Class: Barbarian 2

You retain your Dexterity AC component when caught flat-footed or attacked by an unseen attacker. You still lose Dexterity AC when immobilized or when another effect explicitly removes it.

Trap Sense

Class: Barbarian 3

You gain the listed Trap Sense bonus to AC and Reflex saves against traps. This bonus increases by 1 at Barbarian levels 6, 9, 12, 15, and 18.

Improved Uncanny Dodge

Class: Barbarian 5

You cannot be flanked. A Rogue at least four levels higher than your Barbarian level can flank you normally.

Barbarian Damage Reduction

Class: Barbarian 7

You gain DR 1/- against each instance of blunt, piercing, or slashing damage. This damage reduction increases to DR 2/- at level 10, DR 3/- at level 13, DR 4/- at level 16, and DR 5/- at level 19. Barbarian DR stacks additively with damage reduction from other sources.

Greater Rage

Class: Barbarian 11

While raging, your Supernatural bonuses to Strength and Constitution increase to +6, and your Supernatural bonus on Will saves increases to +3.

Mighty Rage

Class: Barbarian 20

While raging, your Supernatural bonuses to Strength and Constitution increase to +8, and your Supernatural bonus on Will saves increases to +4.

Rage Talents

You select one Rage Talent at Barbarian levels 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, and 18. Unless a talent says otherwise, its benefits apply only while you are raging.

Iron Hide

Class: Rage Talent

You gain DR 1/- while raging. This talent can be selected once.

Improved Iron Hide

Class: Rage Talent; requires Barbarian level 12 and Iron Hide

While raging, you gain additional DR equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum +1). This is a stacking bonus to DR and applies in addition to Iron Hide and your Barbarian Damage Reduction.

Savage Attack

Class: Rage Talent

Choose a bite or claw natural weapon. While raging, you gain that natural weapon, which deals damage according to the shared natural-weapon rules for your size. Choose the damage type when selecting the weapon: a bite deals piercing damage and a claw deals slashing damage.

Intimidating Rage

Class: Rage Talent

While raging, you gain a +2 Circumstance bonus on Persuasion checks to demoralize a creature.

Terrifying Rage

Class: Rage Talent

When you enter Rage, each enemy within 30 feet that can perceive you must succeed at a Will save (DC = 10 + half your Barbarian level, rounded down, + your Constitution modifier) or become Shaken for a number of rounds equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum 1 round). This effect applies once each time you enter Rage.

Indomitable Will

Class: Rage Talent

While raging, you gain an additional +2 Supernatural bonus on Will saves. This bonus stacks with your Rage bonus on Will saves.
