Class: Druid specialization
The Circle of the Storm wields elemental wrath through weather, wind, lightning, and cold. Its stronger elemental magic replaces transformation: a Storm Druid does not gain Wild Shape or its class-level improvements.

At 1st level, choose cold or lightning. Once per turn when one of your Druid spells deals your chosen damage type, add your Wisdom modifier to the damage dealt to one target (minimum +1). You do not gain Wild Shape or its later improvements.
At 4th level, the range of your Druid spells that deal your chosen damage type increases by 30 feet. This does not increase a spell’s area.
At 6th level, you gain resistance to your chosen damage type.
At 10th level, once per Short Rest when one of your Druid spells deals your chosen damage type, you can intensify its effect. One target damaged by the spell takes additional damage equal to 1d6 per two Druid levels (rounded down). This extra damage is not multiplied on a critical hit.
At 12th level, nonmagical wind, rain, snow, and natural difficult terrain do not reduce your movement or impose penalties on your Perception checks.
At 14th level, you gain a Fly speed of 30 feet while outdoors during natural storm conditions.
At 18th level, your Storm Affinity damage bonus increases to twice your Wisdom modifier.
At 20th level, you are immune to your chosen damage type. Your Storm Affinity can deal its bonus damage to each target damaged by one of your Druid spells, rather than only one target.
