Class: Ranger specialization
The Stalker hunts alone, tracks a chosen quarry across difficult terrain, and strikes from concealment. Stalker features improve pursuit and reward opening attacks against a marked creature.
| Ranger level | Feature |
|---|---|
| 3 | Stalker’s Quarry |
| 5 | Ambush |
| 9 | Silent Approach |
| 13 | Covering Shadow |
| 17 | Unerring Mark |
| 20 | Death Strike |
Class: Ranger 3 (Stalker)
You gain a +2 Supernatural bonus on Stealth checks to hide from your marked target and Survival checks to follow its trail. This bonus does not stack with another Supernatural bonus to the same check; use the higher bonus.
Class: Ranger 5 (Stalker)
Once per turn, when you hit your marked target with a weapon attack while it is unaware of you or Flat-Footed, deal an additional 1d6 damage. Apply Damage Reduction normally. This damage is separate from Hunter’s Mark.
Class: Ranger 9 (Stalker)
You can use Stealth to move at your full speed through natural terrain without the usual movement penalty. This does not let you hide while observed; use Hide in Plain Sight for that.
Class: Ranger 13 (Stalker)
Once per round after you hit your marked target with a weapon attack, you can move up to 10 feet without provoking an Attack of Opportunity from that target.
Class: Ranger 17 (Stalker)
You can apply Hunter’s Mark to a creature whose tracks you can follow even if you cannot currently see it. You must know which creature the tracks belong to. The normal duration and one-target limit of Hunter’s Mark apply.
Class: Ranger 20 (Stalker)
Once per turn, when you hit your marked target with a weapon attack while it is unaware of you or Flat-Footed, deal an additional 3d6 damage. This replaces, and does not stack with, the extra damage from Ambush.
