Prerequisites: Dexterity 17; BAB +6; Two-Weapon Fighting.
When you make a Full Attack Action while wielding a weapon in each hand, the penalty on the off-hand attack granted by Two-Weapon Fighting is reduced from -2 to 0. This does not grant an additional off-hand attack.
Required for: Greater Two-Weapon Fighting.
