Prerequisites: Dexterity 15; BAB +1.
When you wield a one-handed or light melee weapon in each hand, you can make one off-hand attack as part of a Full Attack Action. The off-hand attack is made at your highest BAB with a -2 penalty, improving the normal -5 off-hand attack penalty. This penalty applies only to the off-hand attack, not to your other attacks. Apply the normal off-hand damage modifier.
Required for: Improved Two-Weapon Fighting.
