Kitsune are fox spirits with a strong connection to the spirit realm and a special capacity for magic. They are a distinct spirit ancestry and do not qualify for the Hengeyokai Shifter Talent.
Kitsune can assume humanoid, hybrid, and fox forms. The rules below apply to these Kitsune forms.
Fox form has a 40-ft. land speed and Scent with a 15-ft. range. Hybrid form has Scent with a 5-ft. range.
In fox and hybrid forms, a Kitsune has a bite (main hand, 1d4 Medium base damage) and two claws (off hand, 1d3 Medium base damage each). The bite deals blunt, piercing, and slashing damage; the claws deal piercing and slashing damage. Apply the shared natural-weapon rules and weapon damage by size.
Kitsune gain additional magical tails as they advance. Each tail grants a chosen Ioun Stone effect, as described in Kitsune Tail Feats.
